The largest full costume to date, the Big Daddy featured RGB lighting, functional drill, and on-board camera for extra visibility.
In 2021 it was sold for use in E4's "Gamesmaster".
Brutus' main armour comprises of Kevlar-backed leather and straps. Iron was used to rust the helmet, atop a custom silicone mask. Faux barbed wire was designed and produced to accompany the chain wrap.
Inspired by the game's artwork, Hornet has a custom-designed mask with an own-blend pearlescent silver paint job. The cloak was designed and patterned to be interchangeable, with both silken and matte sides. To keep accuracy, external rubber soles and internal insoles were fitted to the black suit to avoid the need for shoes.
Another custom design, Reinhardt was based on the character of the same name, and the German Teutonic knights. Oak veneer helped give an authentic look to the shield, whilst a foam-cast hammer was convention safe and had a squaker for fun.
Primarily a prothetics job, using a latex cast for damaged face. SFX paintwork and detailing, along with a red lens, tied together the finished look.
